Antitraction Joint

SELF-LOCKING SEALING GASKET

It is a self-blocking connection system for large diameter pipes, which avoids the problems caused by installing elbows, Ts, fittings, etc. in the pipes, offering a less expensive, quicker and simpler alternative to traditional anchoring systems such as welding, bolting or concrete anchoring and thus avoiding axial movements, landslides and other inconveniences.

With the NIXMUR21 self-locking joint system, the fittings and pipes are fixed together, making the conduction much more rigid and safe, thus facilitating better compaction.

THE ANTI-TRACTION JOINT IS COMPOSED OF:

Four half flanges with heels, which once bolted together become two complete flanges.
A first complete flange with cylindrical interior.

And a second complete flange with conical inside, where two wedges with conical outside and cylindrical inside are housed.

Both complete flanges are connected by tightening the stud bolts, causing the above-mentioned wedges to close and preventing the movement of the fitting through the pipe.

The anti-traction joint shall be placed at the strategic points considered appropriate within the
driving.
